Wanzi is a Bantu language spoken by about 10,000 people in the provinces of Ogooué-Lolo and Haut-Ogooué in cental Gabon. In particular, it is spoken in the district of Moanda in the southeast of Haut-Ogooué Province, and in Lastoursville / Mandji and in the centre of Ogooué-Lolo Province.
Wanzi is also known as Wandji, and Wanzi speakers call their language LiWanzi and themselves BaWanzi. It is closely related to Njebi. Wanzi can be written with the Latin script.
