Vagla

Vagla is a Southern Gur language spoken by about 14,000 people in the Savannah Region in northern Ghana. In particular, it is spoken in the communities of Bole, Sawla, Tuna, Soma, Gentilpe and Nakwabi in the Damongo district of the West Gonja Municipal Assembly in the northwest of the Savannah Region.

Dialects of Valgua include Bole and Buge. It is written with the Latin alphabet.

Notes

Long vowels are doubled (aa), and vowels are nasalized when followed by h.
