Funemon is a decorative alphabet created by Simon Ager in which the letters look like monsters, and words look like they are viking ships crewed by monsters. The name means "boat/ship monsters", and is a combination of the Japanese word 船 (fune - ship, boat) and mon from monster, a bit like pokemon ("pocket monsters"). It can be used to write English and other languages that use the Latin alphabet without accents.
