This is perhaps an indigenous language from the Americas with some Spanish influence (e.g. “Dios” at 00:05).
The timbre of the voice makes me agree with Emanuel. There certainly sounds as if there is Spanish influence. I’d say it is from Central or South America.
The mystery language is Baure, a Southern Arawakan language spoken in northeastern Bolivia.
