I would agree with Emanuel. The acoustics make it a bit hard to tell much though but maybe my hearing is going!
Apart from ‘kilometer’ there are also some Arabic words, e.g. ‘sawaareekh’ (missiles), or so I think … But it’s not Arabic in my opinion, rather some North African Berber language perhaps.
I think it’s a Modern South Arabian language. Most likely it’s Mehri, or maybe Shehri.
I am going for Tarifit, Tamazight or some related language of Morocco.
The mystery language is Ghomara (žamaεa / ⵖⵓⵎⴰⵔⴰ), a Northern Berber language spoken in Chefchaouen Province in northern Morocco.
