To me this sounds like a modern speaker rendering the beginning of Art. 1 of the UDHR in a reconstructed ancient language.
The language quiz. I’m guessing it’s Hindi or Bengali. I listened to it several times, and I’m in a nursing home where there is a large population of employees from Guyana in northeastern South america. They are all Indian, from when their ancestors were brought to that area by the British 150 years ago. And no I don’t understand the words the sounds of it sound like what I’ve been hearing from people. And they speak Hindi g.
