The speaker sounds like an L2 speaker, and her timbre suggests that her first language is Russian or somethig related. I think we’re in the right part f the world.
Actually on second thought I’m going to go with Udmurt or another Russian Samoyedic/Finno-Ugric language, phonologies match better. I believe she says “coronavirus” at 00:05 so I don’t know how well the time frame would work with Sirenik.
I like Arjun’s Eskaleut idea – from a first listen it reminds me of clips of Yupik I’ve heard. I do agree that “coronavirus” is definitely pronounced in a Russian way, which rules out mainland Yupik, but I wonder if this is the Siberian variety (or maybe Commander Islands Aleut)?
The only issue I see with this is that Siberian Eskaleut languages don’t have nearly enough speakers to warrant a COVID PSA (what I believe this is) which is why I decided to switch. I agree that it does sound a lot like Yup’ik however and wouldn’t be surprised if it ended up being a Siberian Yup’ik variety.
The mystery language is indeed Koryak, (чавʼчывэн), Chukotko-Kamchatkan language spoken in the Koryak Autonomous Region in the far east of the Russian Federation.
I get some Russian vibes here in the background and therefore assume that this language is spoken in the area of the former Soviet Union.

I don’t know anything but it sounds like the speaker says “Connecticut” multiple times. I know this will never help but its worth trying.
