It certainly has to be something from India. The timbre of the voice and the sounds of the consonants say that to me. Just not sure what part of India! Reply
It reminds me a lot of Punjabi, with lots of “aap”, so I bet it’s one of the Punjabi-adjacent languages like Saraiki or Pothwari. Reply
The mystery language is Yidgha (یدغہ), an Eastern Iranian language spoken in northern Pakistan. Reply

This language is spoken in Pakistan, actually. That narrows it down a bit – but not much!
