NAVLIPI is a universal phonemic alphabet designed to write any and all languages. It was created in 2012 and is based on the Latin alphabet, with a number of extra letters. It is a highly phonetic alphabet, with 1-to-1 correspondence of letters with sounds, and is also phonemic, as it can represent all the phonemes of the world's languages.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
