Oh, I would say it is still active, though you're right in that not many people seem to be using it nowadays!

I'm guessing that Czuimese is a Romance Conlang? The massive SENIOR staring one in the face is a dead giveaway! :D It looks great; how far with it have you got?

The only conlang of mine which I've translated the Babel Passage into is 'Fenlian' (or 'Fenx'), a Celtic language spoken on the eastern British island of Fenley. It looks like this:

Tgenghesiss 11. 1-9:

1 Ornth nga cghameghas 'efghebh tgang dann ricc bhrorchlh, ornth dann bhigharach.
2 Ornth cumann bha careyghar, afash thing bha co cghbhay nga dh-icghshe; thing bha ess dann dofotg eeng'a rill fern Ciania, onrth 'arrash bha common thing.
3 Onrth 'ing bha ngabh eeng atgeghass “Co, dh-ornth uurh hacca brichabha uchige, ornth 'eghen phrorghrorbghech uchige”. Ornth 'ing bha bhrorchlh carregg brichabha, ornth guuregg thing bha bhrorchlh ngach morttach.
4 Ornth 'ing bha ngabh “Co, dh-ornth uurh fhacca dann carriph uchige, ornth dann cghofecghsh, ornth nga fite fhacca estabbach eeng 'a Cencghsheghasrill. Ornth uurh fhacca dann fern uchige, tharunge efe uurh tgef bha dh-uce abufe nga cghameghas 'efghebh.
5 Ornth Cencghsheghas bha lheme iln nga bha dh-ess nga carriph ornth nga carregg essar nga fheollanbha rhra elrhabha bha uchige.
6 Ornth Cencghsheghas bha ngabh “Biolng, nga bheyghillog tgef dann, ornth 'ing bhrorchlh belelh dann bhigharach, ornth dharrhfé thing thabh careyghar. Ornth deghamuun cumunnlogh aguss fran tgef yengha tharunge theghen, essar thing aguss phacara careyghar.
7 Co, dh-uurh fhacca dh-iln tharrash co, ornth tharrash uurh fhacca thingang bhigharach yengha uchige, soe thing can logh aguss daeghabh atgeghass ngabh”.
8 Soe Cencghsheghas bha dh-uce theghen cghbhay tharrash abufe nga cghameghas 'efghebh, ornth 'ing bha thabh nga carriph logh uchige.
9 Ornth soe nga fern rhra pogeghaghce tgef Babéghl, enghethe tharrash Cencghsheghas bha tume nga bhigharachbha rhra nga cghameghas 'efghebh, ornth cghbhay tharrash Cencghsheghas bha dh-uce abufe nga cghameghas 'efghebh.

I wouldn't claim it as being perfect or even that good; I invented the language some years ago and have not done anything with it recently at all.

How come you spell Czuimese with brackets around the z?

Yes, Czuimese is indeed a romlang; it's a language I made about five years ago when I tried to comprehend how portuguese works.

The result was a language with a phonology copied from Portuguese (I modified it a bit), broken latin grammar (mainly the cases which I forgot to mark on some words like lia tore which should be lia torem) and a mix of deformed portuguese maltese and a priori vocabulary. I reformed it approximately a million times or so to make it more "natural" and "romance". Nonetheless I'm proud of it.
I have a spreadsheet where all the words and the grammar is stored, it says there are 1150 words, which is misleading because the irregular past participles have a seperate entry as well. (by the way, every verb has a irregular past participle, there are regular variants, but I don't use them so often). I tried to make poetry in Czuimese but I'm a terrible poet. But I try.

quote: "How come you spell Czuimese with brackets around the z?"
It's due to inconsistent transliteration/replacement for ç. It's either c, zz or cz. I like cz the most.

What I like about Fenlian is the consonant clusters which (I guess) are mostly silent, like onrth or bhrorchlh. It reminds me of Scottish, but I'm not a expert.

(I think I write too much)

This is my reconstruction of VUlgar Latin. When I speak it with my family, we refer to it as "Lingua Romana", but since there is already one of those here, a good looking one, I would say, I will refer to mine as "Lingua Romana Rustica". I have produced it in two registers, archaic (poetic, formal) and colloquial.

The Tower of Babel
(Genesis 11: 1-9)

Lingua Romana Rustica (Archaic)

1. Hac hora, tota terra fabulabat una sola lingua et usabat metipsas parábolas.
In hic modo Dóminus eos dispersit super tota terra.

The Tower of Babel
(Genesis 11: 1-9)

Lingua Romana Rustica (colloquial)

1. Acora, tota illa terra fablabat una sola lingua et usabat illas metissimas parablas.
In eccuisto modo Domnus sos dispersit supre tota illa terra.

NOTE The accent indicates syllable stress, not necessarily vowel length.

Hello, my conlang is called Golve /'go:lðə/. It's vocabulary is mostly based on Portuguese, which is my mother tongue. But the structure of the language is based on Icelandic, German and French. But it's mostly Icelandic, giving the fact that all words are stressed at the first syllable as an example.
Golve has 3 cases: Nominative, Accusative and Genitive. The accusative has the ending -e when the root ends with a consonant, and ending -k when the root ends in a vowel. The genitive has the ending -a when the root ends with a consonant, and ending -r when the root ends in a vowel.
the alphabet consists of 27 letters (a æ b c d e f g h i j k l m n o ø œ p r s t u v x y z) and 3 diacritics.
The diacritics:
Diaeresis (¨) which diphthongizes the vowels, except æ, ø, œ and y;
The acute accent (´) which changes a /ɑ/, i /ɪ/, u /ʏ/ and y /e/ into á /a/, í /i/, ú/u/ and ý /eɪ̯/;
And the circumflex (^) which goes over i /ɪ/ and u /ʏ/ nasalizing them into î /ĩ/ and û /ũ/, combining î and û with 'a, e, o' they make each, one different nasal sound, aî /æ̃/, aû /ɑ̃/, eî /ẽ/, eû /œ̃/, oî /ø̃/, oû /õ/.

*There are a lot of other things I would mention but it would take too long, so let's call it a day :D

As many have said before, this thread is seldom used, but I'm going for it.

Mine is most definitely a work in progress, particularly since I have no name yet for the language. It is yet another Romance conlang (crime, I know). I tried to make it stand out a bit, but I'll explain more later. Here goes:

At-Toar ëd Babel

1. Agoar toat at-tear pallav is-söl linguaj ed usav as messëms prols.
2. Quan is oms mirravën del ôièn, truarun un plan in tear ëd Xinar el-lac stavlirënës.
4. Ed is decerënës: "Vniz, custruinnus on cidat ed on toar d’uv is-sòmmet toc ic-cel, ed faxannos un nom affìëc non siam despessës âl faç ëd toat at-tear.
5. Mas is-Sêiòr xendit për ver ac-cidat ed at-toar ëc custruiën is fils dis oms.
6. Ed is-Sêiòr dist: “Ec! Ês us-söl pôl chin an tuots il mèsem linguaj, ed vellac Il prìncip ël-lur laùr; ed an cuixàt a custrüir chic; ed or nul non lës impeiràt ëd får tuot cëc is arrìan projtàt.
9. Pëxoc cheast fyt nunnåt Babel, pëc lac is-Sêiòr cuffyz il linguaj ëd toat at-tear ed ël-lac lës dispess syvër toat al faç d'at-tear.

That was the old, rough version; here's the new one:

At-Toar ëd Bàbel

1. Agoar toat at-tear pallav is-söl linguaj ed uzav as mesëms prols.
2. Kuan is oms mirravën del ôien, ìs truarën un plan in tear ëx-Xinar el-lak stallirënës.
4. Ed ìs decerënës: "Vnix, kustruìnnus on cidet ed on toar d'uv is-sòmmet tuk ic-cel, ed faxènnos un nom affin ëk non siam despessës âl fac ëd toat at-tear.
5. Mas is-Sêior xendiot për ver ac-cidet ed at-toar ëk kustruiën is fils dis oms.
6. Ed is-Sêior dist: "Ek! Es us-söl pöl kin an tuots il mesëm linguaj, ed vellak il prìncip ël-luor laùr; ed an kuissat ad kustruir cik; ed or nul non ëls îpedaråt ëd får tuot cëk ìs årrìan projtat.
8. Assin is-Sêior ëls despessot âl fac ëd toat at-tear ed ìs cissarën ad kustruir ac-cidet.
9. Pëxok keast fyt nunnåt Bàbel, prëk lak is-Sêior cuffyz il linguaj ëd toat at-tear ed ël-lak ëls despessot syvër toat al fac d'at-tear.
