I'm here because I love to learn languages and I'd like to meet some people with the same interests. I'm a native speaker of Russian, and I feel like I got lucky with this, because Russian is a nightmare for any language learner. My favourites are tone languages of Southeast Asia. My dream is to master all major languages of the region.

Russian is indeed a tough language to learn; one of the toughest. And the fact that you've got a good grasp on English is another advantage!

I have to say, though, learning all the major Southeast Asian languages? That's pretty ambitious.
The hardest part is keeping fluency once you get there.

Thank's, Anoran. Well, I like ambitious goals, they help to get maximum results. From the place where I live I basically can get to any place in Southeast Asia in two hours. So maybe keeping fluency won't be a problem.
