Is this ancient Greek?

The picture I posted on http://imgur.com/K7mdN2b (Album Amicorum from 1605) contains clear Latin, Greek and Hebrew text; no problem there. But could anyone transliterate the bottom line? The second word seems to read οὺ (cf. ἰδοὺ a few lines above; possibly οὐ), the fourth word also seems to contain ου. But what about the rest? An enigma to me. All help is appreciated.
