Cyrilic for Jeju (Кирил гылзӧ)

Cyrilic for Jeju is a way to writing Jeju (제주말), a Koreanic language spoken in Jeju Province in South Korea. It was devised by 박지홍, who has lived on Jeju island, speaks Jeju, and is familiar with the Cyrillic alphabet.

Мӧн сарымын тәһйөналь зөгбутөм зӧюробгог гы зонһөмгуаң гуэнлиэ исө доңдыңхӧда. Инганын цөнбузөгыро исөңгуаң яңшимыл буйөбадашимйө сөро сөңзэһә зөңшиныро хэңдоңхӧһйөса хӧнда.

Transliteration (Hangeul)

ᄆᆞᆫ 사름은 태여날 적부텀 ᄌᆞ유롭곡 그 존엄광 궨리에 이서 동등ᄒᆞ다. 인간은 천부적으로 이성광 양심을 부여받아시며 서로 성제애 정신으로 헹동ᄒᆞ여사 ᄒᆞᆫ다.

Translation

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
