Clickwise

Clickwise is an alphabet that appears in the Automata series of comics and film produced by Penny Arcade. It is a simple cipher for English based on barcodes and is used by intelligent robots known as automatons in the story. The version of Clickwise shown here is known as "Clocktalk".

Notable features

Direction of writing: from left to right in horizontal lines

Vowels are represent by lines of varying width, with a being the narrowest and u the widest
The letters Q, X, Y and Z are not attested, and neither are numerals, except for 3
