Well, from the one phrase I specifically understood, it was “Happy New Year” in Welsh (“Blwydden Newydd Dda”) so I presume it was the same message either in various other languages or perhaps the same in the Celtic languages.
Yes, all the phrases mean “Happy New Year”, and it isn’t Welsh but a closely related language. None of the other languages are Celtic.
Cornish? I know that to be the closest-soundng to Welsh I can think of.
The last one sounds to me like a language spoken in what used to be the Soviet Union.
I think the very first one is Bengali.
Perhaps the Celtic one is either Cumbric or Gwentian?
