Must be something from southern China… likely either Sino-Tibetan or Hmong-Mien. I’m tending to the latter… if Sino-Tibetan, then my money is on a Loloish language, maybe something close to Yi or Lahu.
The music makes me think it is Asian but the sounds certainly don’t. Could almost be some from the Caucasus. No idea!
It is spoken in Southern China but isn’t Sino-Tibetic. So it could indeed be Hmong-Mien, Kra-Dai or even Austroasiatic.

The language is Tsat, a Northern Chamic language spoken near Sanya in the south of Hainan Province in southern China.
