It’s my opinion that this is a language from the Indian subcontinent but then there are so many there that my opinion is about as far as I can go!
I think it is Bhojpuri.
It’s a bhojpuri with some influence of Hindi. It’s from Eastern Uttar Pradesh specially Banaras (Varanasi).
You hear the word ‘aapani’ which I think is Hindi, although it seems to me that it exists in some other language in India. He is talking about Banaras (I don’t know if as a city or as a language), if he speaks about it as a language, ‘ Banaras’ or Purbi is the Bihari language of Benares / Varanasi and close areas. Indeed, a form of western Bhojpuri.
