I clearly think it´s an Indo-Aryan language. I know a Pakistani who speek Urdu and Punjabi, but I think this record is a different language. Perhaps Sindhi or very similar.
Clearly something from the Northwest of South Asia. Marathi, or Sindhi, or one of the varieties of Hindustani or Punjabi.

Igbo is spoken mainly in southeastern Nigeria, and also in Equatorial Guinea, and it is the language of the I(g)bo people of Biafra.

The answer is Sindhi (سنڌي), an Indo-Aryan language spoken mainly in Pakistan, and also in India and Singapore.
