Clearly something from the Northwest of South Asia. Marathi, or Sindhi, or one of the varieties of Hindustani or Punjabi.
I agree. Not sure which one but definitely a language from northern India.
Were we ever told the language that was recorded on the ferry in the last quiz or did I simply miss it?
The language I recorded on the ferry was Igbo.
Thanks! I have heard OF Igbo but never heard the language. Is it what is spoken by the Ibo people of Biafra?
Igbo is spoken mainly in southeastern Nigeria, and also in Equatorial Guinea, and it is the language of the I(g)bo people of Biafra.
I might be imagining this, but it sound like he’s saying “Sindhi” a few times, so that’s got my vote.
I clearly think it´s an Indo-Aryan language. I know a Pakistani who speek Urdu and Punjabi, but I think this record is a different language. Perhaps Sindhi or very similar.
