The Tower of Babel (Genesis 11: 1-9)

  2. Kai lalasu sa ikai tali talrawane acaicaicali wakela kwini dratane Babilunia, ikai kwini sutelrai cekecekele.
  3. Kwini lalasu madrekadrekase, “Bwala! Tatulringiga, malra lama tukawlukulu kwini lringiga.” Kwini lalasu la kirimu pathagili arakai kwini lringiga raedre, la arakai ku kurutange raedre ki lringiga. Kwini lalasu la iya kai, “Bwala, tapia ku vaeva ka cekele, ikai ki cekele lri ikai ku abeelenge ku cakare, ku abelengane lri daruru ki ememe subelebelenge, la tapakithingale kai lanaganeta, amani lu kipasivagavagaita sarau mwa kiinunga kai kawmasane.”
  4. Sapia kwini, ala kela ku TAMATAMA mulebe, lri drele kikai ki laumawmase ku piyaiya lini ku cekele si abebelenge ka cakare.
  5. La iya kai, “Kai lalasu maelrelre kavaevanga ka minzuku, la iya ku taingeangeane ku vaga; kikai yai pathagithagiliana, lu bibilrilinga kai lalasu lri singikaainga ku nau pia iya lini.
  6. Bwala! Ta mulebe pakalrithavulu ki vaga lini, lani kai maka mathingathingale lu makawrivariva kai lalasu.”
  7. Ku TAMATAMA la malra liniane pasivagavagai pasarau mwa kiinunga kai kawmasane; kai lalasu la isaadranga ku kauawngu lini tucekele.
  8. Lakamani kikai cekele ku kipasi cakare Babilunia; asi lwiyane ku TAMATAMA yakai kwini pakalrithavulu ku vaga ki laumawmase, si pasivagavagai pasarau liniane mwa kiinunga kai kawmasane.
