The Tower of Babel (Genesis 11: 1-9)

Ni gong nga fiyaka Babel-la

  1. Ei avok dei gak kur bur máma, suma yam andagad’ina pet vunazi ni tu, zla mazi d’a ded’a ni tu mi.
  2. Wani azi i irazi abo ma yorogona, azi fe yima djivi ma abo tam tuna yam andaga d’a Sinar-ra, azi kak kua.
  3. Azi de tazi ala: Ei iya, ei tchi derengelâ, ei geiziya. Derengelâ mi mbut d’igi ahuniyôna na mi mbut ni d’igi simod’a na ki lubu ma adrengâ.
  4. A de tazi kua ala: Ei i mini azì ma ngolâ ki gong nga ngol la fiyak ka yat do hur alonid’a, ar simiyeî mi yiya, kayam ei b’rawei woi yam andagad’a d’i.
  5. Kayam ndata, Ma didina mi tchugï asem kä á gol azina ki gong nga fiyak ka akulo d’a suma a nga minita.
  6. Ata yi máma mi dala: Gola! Azi pet ni suma tuna, azi de ni vun ma tuna mi; vama azi tinim ad’um á led’a ki tchetchembina, vama d’elezi bugol á le vama azi tin huruzi kam á luma nga d’i.
  7. Ar ei tchugi asei kä, ei walazi vunazi woi teteng, ar sa mi hum vun ndram mbi.
  8. Nata yi máma ba, Ma didina mi b’rawazi woi yam andagad’a pepet. Ni kayam ndata ba, azi ar bei min azì máma.
  9. Ni kayam ndata ba, a yi yi máma ala Babel, kayam ni kua ba, Ma didina mi gizeî vuna hi suma yam andagad’ina woi pet; ni kua ba, Ma didina mi b’rau suma woi yam andagad’a pet mi.
