Ekoka !Kung is a Kx'a language spoken in parts of Namibia, Angola. There are about 20,000 speakers of Ekoka !Kung, which is also known as Kung-Ekoka, Western !Xuun, North-Central Ju, !Hu, !Khung, !Ku, !Kung, !Xu, !Xun, !Xung, Ekoka !Xung, Ekoka-!Xû, Kung or Qxü.
In 2013 there were 9,000 speakers of Ekoka !King in Namibia, mainly in the Erongo, Otjozondjupa and Khoma regions. In Angola in 2016 there were 5,500 speakers of Ekoka !Kung in Cunene, Huíla and Kuando Kubango provinces. In 2013 there were about 3,700 Ekoka !Kung speakers in the Diamondfields district of Northern Cape province in South Africa. In the same year there were 2,000 speakers of Ekoka !Kung in Ghanzi district of Botswana.
