One of the Berber languages. With the fairly clearly-pronounced schwas, I’ll hazard a guess at Kabyle/Taqbaylit.
The answer is Riffian (Tamazight Tarifit), a Berber language spoken mainly in the Rif provinces of Morocco. The recording comes from the GRN.

This one is great! I couldn’t even make a guess as to which continent it’s from.
Here’s a clue – it’s spoken in North Africa.

hmm just to add. “Rif” in fact means “countryside” in Arabic. Plural is AryĆ”f.
