I would agree with Emanuel vis-à-vis sub-Saharan Africa. Not sure if it’s a Bantu language but sure has the sounds thereof.

Based on Hank’s timbre-of-the-voice-theory I’d say it’s a language spoken in sub-Saharan Africa.

It sounds Asian… and it sounds like a language spoken in India.
But it actually sounds African, so I think Hank Williams is correct.
