Certainly does sound like something for the Philippines (there sure is lot of “pari” in this,whatever that is!) I also heard a nasal sound that made me think of something from India but I’d still think it’s from the Philippines rather than India.
And I thought there was a lot of “Campari” in this … 😉
There are only three vowel phonemes – /i, a, u/ – as far as I can hear, so it could be Tausug, for instance. Just a guess …
The language is Surigaonon, a Bisayan language spoken in the Caraga region in the north of Mindanao island in the southern Philippines.
