I hear reduplication and a retroflex “r”. Could it be Dravidian?
The /ɨ/ sounded like Malagasy, maybe a closely related Dayak language?
Sounds west African something like Wolof
I am quite unsure about the language but the background music makes me think of SE-Asia.
