It sounds like something from Africa or even Indonesia but I thought I heard the word “yeti” so maybe even something Tibetan?!
There are just SO many languages that could be chosen! I finally gave but and going to go on record that is is Jabo although I know I am not right.
The language is Loma (Löömàgòòi), a Southwestern Mande language spoken in northern Liberia. The recording comes from YouTube

It is indeed from Africa – West Africa in fact.
