Something in the sounds makes me think it is from the west coast of the US/Canada but also I think I hear tones as well as sounds from Japanese or Korean. Anyone’s guess!
My guess is also that this is a Native American language but I think the word “Dios” can be heard at least twice, so I am going for something from Mexico or further south.
The language is Khorchin Mongolian (ᠬᠣᠷᠴᠢᠨ), a variety of Mongolian spoken in the Hinggan League in the east of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north of China.
