It’s definitely tonal and in my opinion has some sounds that I hear in Vietnamese. I am going to say an Austroasiatic language spoken in southeast Asia. That’s as far as I can guess.
Vietnamese Language
I was thinking Asian or Native American, then I heard something that sounded like Russian, so I change my guess to something from North East Asia, like some Tungusic language.
Here’s a clue: this is a Sino-Tibetan language.
Maybe dzongkha? I have no idea…
