Tough one! There isn’t anything I recognise that might provide a clue, other than a vague overall “feel” of something possibly in the Indo-Iranian or maybe Caucasian sphere. The latter part sounds as if the speaker recites something like a poem. Perhaps the Lord’s Prayer?
I’d have to agree that there seem to be enough consonant clusters to make it sound very Caucasian but I hear a few sounds as well that sound ( to me at least) a bit Arabic/ Semitic. Toughie for sure!
Complete shot in the dark but I´ll say Northwest or Northeast Caucasian
I agree that it’s probably Caucasian what with all the consonant clusters I seem to hear. I also wonder, though, if it isn’t something Tungusic. A real toughie!
Here’s a clue – this is an Austronesian language.
I am guessing it is either Ida’an or Melanau. Merely a guess.
The language is Kosraean (Kosrae), a Micronesian language spoken in Kosrae State in the Federated States of Micronesia.
