This sounds like an indigenous Australian language to me. Which family, I dare not guess.
I must agree with Drabkikker. There was one sound that made me believe that it might have had an influence on the modern Australian accent IN ENGLISH (but I have NO idea how that might happen.) There are so many indigenous languages there that we’d be into next week before me might find the recording! Good luck on this one.

I think it’s Arrernte, spoken in the Alice Springs area. Pama-Nyungan .Arandic.

Daniel, if you go to languages index, in this website; then you go to languages by family… There you will see all the families and in Australia there are some families.
Knowing that one as Australian I heard some of them and determined that Arrente is the language because the similarity with language quiz
The language is Arrente (Arrernte angkentye), a Pama-Nyungan language spoken in and around Alice Springs in the Northern Territory of Australia
