Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

Something makes me think it’s from the Phillipines and another makes me think it’s fro India.
My guess is a Nilo-Saharan language. If I heard right, one guy says “… under age…” at the end of the recording.
This could mean that the language is spoken in a region that was once a British colony – neither Chad nor Central African Republic but (South) Sudan.
I think it’s an Indonesian language. I hear “kamar” and “habis.” But I can’t come closer than that.
(I noticed that Simon tends to change continents from one week to the next. This would mean that it’s not a language from Asia again after last week’s quiz. But don’t tell Simon that he’s been caught.😁)
Either way – Happy New Year to y’all.
I heard the same “sounds like Tagalog” that Hank did.
Сновом Годом to y’all too.
I don’t think the phrase that sounds like “under age” is English. It’s closer to /an taɹ e:ʧ/.
The answer is Teso (Ateso), an Eastern Nilotic language spoken in parts of Kenya and Uganda.
