This could mean that the language is spoken in a region that was once a British colony – neither Chad nor Central African Republic but (South) Sudan.
(I noticed that Simon tends to change continents from one week to the next. This would mean that it’s not a language from Asia again after last week’s quiz. But don’t tell Simon that he’s been caught.😁)

I think it’s an Indonesian language. I hear “kamar” and “habis.” But I can’t come closer than that.

I don’t think the phrase that sounds like “under age” is English. It’s closer to /an taɹ e:ʧ/.
The answer is Teso (Ateso), an Eastern Nilotic language spoken in parts of Kenya and Uganda.
