Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

I guess somewhere in Siberia I think I hear Finnic and Turki influence
I’m guessing an Iranian language spoken in Central Asia.
I also vote for an Iranian language, but maybe geographically closer to Arabia than Central Asia, given the especially high level of Arabic words, the use of /w/ instead of /v/ for Arabic /w/, and the lack of Persian/Dari/Tajik-like rounding (/ɒ/) on Arabic loans with long /aː/.
Without doing any googling, I’m just gonna go out on a limb and guess it’s a form of Kurdish.
The answer is Zaza (Zazaki / زازاکی), a Northern Iranian language spoken mainly in eastern Turkey.
