Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

I’m stumped. But I seem to have heard “da janela” (“from the window” in Portuguese), so if that was a loan or a code switch, then perhaps this is an Amazonian aboriginal language?
No, it’s not an Amazonian language. It’s actually an Indo-Aryan language, believe it or not.
Some variety of Romani perhaps?
I had the same thought as Niklas. How about Erromintxela?
Is it Wakhi or Kalash or one of the languages in the area?
Here and there, the language reminds me of Turkish. Bearing in mind that it’s an Indo-Aryan anguage, could it be the variety of Domari spoken in Turkey?
The answer is Kati (a.k.a Bashgali, Kativiri, Nuristani, Ramgali), an Indo-Aryan language spoken in parts of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The recording comes from the GRN.
