  1. Newcomer here…been listening to these language quizzes for a long time and thought I’d finally say something.

I thought it sounded North American when I first heard it. I’m not an expert by any means on those languages, but I didn’t hear any sort of “ł” so that makes me think it’s not Athabaskan.
    Other than that still thinking/researching…

  2. I don’t think I really have an idea. Is it perhaps a Salishan language? I tried Nlaka’pamux, Lummi, Nuu-chah-nulth, Nuxalk, Halkomelem, and even Nez Perce, Haida, and Quileute (which aren’t Salishan). Doesn’t seem to be any of those…

  3. The answer is Salish (Séliš) a Salishan language also known as Kalispel–Pend d’oreille and Kalispel–Spokane–Flathead that is spoken in parts of Montana and Washington state in the USA.

    The recording comes from YouTube.

  4. Hey, I was the closest! Didn’t really expect that to happen 🙂

I thought it was a Salishan language, but I didn’t even think of “Salish” itself. I think I forgot there even was such a language 😛
