Based on the timbre of the voice and the phonology I’d say it’s a Native American language, perhaps from North America. In addition, it sounds to me as if there are some English overtones present.
I would agree with Emanuel. I wonder if it isn’t an indigenous language from Central America, particularly Mexico. I even thought I heard the word “chihuahua” in the passage!
I agree with the N America idea; based on the speed he is speaking, my first guess was something in the US or Canada (thoug speed may not be a great identifying factor for languages). My mind always goes to the PNW with these for some reason, but the number of consonant clusters do make me think its somewhere up there, like Coeur d’Alene?
The person speaking is definitely not a native speaker, so I’m guessing an American indigenous language with some sort of revitalization effort, maybe Yurok?

I also heard , so the northern Mexico hypothesis may be right. I don’ think I heard glottalized consonants, which probably rules out the Mayan family.
I also don’t think I heard tones. That may help narrow it down if I was right.

The mystery language is Wiyot (Soulatluk), an Algic language that was spoken in northern California in the USA, and which is being revived.
