Definitely Polynesian! The phonology makes me think of either a language from the eastern side of the “triangle” or of an “outlier”.
I think it is Mangarevan, spoken in French Polynesia, and it contains a religious message, specifically one typical of the Jehovah’s Witnesses denomination (“Ieova” at 00:01).
Very definitely Polynesian as Emanuel says. Just not sure which one. I have a week to look!
I agree with Emanuel since it is the same voice as what he heard on Mangarevan even down to the music in the background. Bravo Emanuel!
The mystery language is Mangareva (Te Reo Magareva), a Polynesian language spoken on the islands of Gambier and Mangareva of French Polynesia.
