For some reason (I don’t know why but maybe its the sounds), I think this is an Iranian language possibly from the north of Iran.
To me this sounds more African … I think I also hear some pharyngeal consonants – could be Afro-Asiatic (e.g. a language of Ethiopia).
The mystery language is Blin (ብሊና), a Central Cushitic language spoken in and around the city of Keren in central Eritrea. The recording comes from YouTube:
