As I hear several instances of /z/ – could it be something from the more Pakistani/Urdu side of the Subcontinent?
The language is Brahui (براوی), a Dravidian language spoken mainly in the Balochistan region of Pakistan. The recording comes from YouTube
Going by the music I’d say this is from India … Perhaps Indo-Arian.
