From the timbre of the voice I think it is African, maybe Cushitic or Oromic?
I too agree with an African language- I am only slightly familiar with Swahili, but I am not sure I heard some of what I would expect from Swahili- so I won’t guess beyond the general area.

The language is Tumak (bə̀g ɗə təmàgə́ə̀n), an East Chadic language spoken in the southwest of Chad.
