It has to be an Aleut language and my guess is Central Alaskan Yupik. They also have Siberian Yupik as a listing but I thought I heard the speaker say something in English about her grandma so I think it must be Alaskan rather than Siberian.
The language is Inuinnaqtun, an Inuit language spoken in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, of Canada.
