Do you know or can you guess the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

There are sounds and tones that remind me very much of Vietnamese so I am thinking it is from what we used to call French Indo-China.
It isn’t Vietnamese, but is a related language.
I am going to guess Muong since it is in the same language family and also I know that in Vietnamese muoi is the word for “one” and is a very prevalent sound in the language. That’s my guess and “I’m sticking to it”!
I agree with Hank. I think it it’s Muong. More than a language is a group of dialects. There are more Vietic languages: Arem, Aheu, Bo, Kri … but I think it is Muong.
It is indeed Muong (thiểng Mường), a Vietic language spoken in northern Vietnam.
