Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

It sounds very Bantu with overtones of Portuguese and I heard the numbers 21 and 4. Some sort of Portuguese patois or creole with English thrown in?
It sounds Bantu. I’m going to guess a lesser-known Bantu language like Venda, Tsonga, Ndebele, Lozi, Tshiluba, or Sango
This language is undoubtedly Bantu, possibly the Venda language. Apparently I can’t detect more than two tones, high and low. I have seemed to hear some very soft ejective sounds and above all what seems to my ears-not for the speakers- to be confusion between r (one flap), rr (some flaps) and l ; which for me is typical of the Venda language.
The answer is Venda (Tshivenḓa), a Southern Bantu language spoken in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
