Seeing that many of the examples here come from Youtube I went into the “Language Families” section of Omnigot and after having listened to all those clicks, I suppose it is either a Khoe or K’xa language. But just a guess.
I didn’t FIND anything on Youtube so I don’t feel as if I “cheated” and thus my decision is based solely on what I read in the Language Families on Omniglot.
Yes, I hear klicks, too – so I agree with Hank: some Khoisan language.

Here’s a clue – this language is spoken in Brazil.

Clicks? I didn’t hear a single click. Maybe some ejective consonants, but no clicks.
The answer is Wari’ / Pakaásnovos, a Chapacuran language spoken in Rondônia state in northwestern Brazil.
