Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

Not sure but sounds a bit Hispanic. I thought I heard the word “popular” and also thought I heard “travaille” (from French). A language from the Caribbean?
This sounds like they originally started speaking Bicolano and then switched to Tagalog. 🙂 Tagalog speaker here. “oo naman kahit nasa europe kami ang salita namin ay bicol” – “yes, even when we’re in europe we speak bicol”. Hehe that part i understood 100%
I agree, with Owen. A Philippine language.
I clearly hear the word Bikol. I think this woman is explaining something about Bikol. I agree with Owen and Ezequiel. It’s a Philipine language…perhaps Bikol?
Yea, I hear some implosive consonants, so either Phillippine or South Eastern Asia.
The answer is Bikol / Bicol(ano), a Philippine language spoken in central parts of the Philippines.
