  1. Could it be a minor language spoken in Argentina? The word “sabés” about two-thirds of the way through is typically Argentinian. The frequent instances of “chi” near the beginning could be a Mapudungún rendering of “che” (itself a Mapudungún word).

  2. The answer is Udi (удин муз / udin muz), a Northeast Caucasian language spoken in parts of Azerbaijan, Russia, Georgia and Armenia.
