The language is Toraja-Sa’dan (basa tora’a), a Malayo-Polynesian language spoken in Western Sulawesi in Indonesia.
The voice on the recording is Aldiero Laa Papayungan, and it was recorded by Moshe Ash. It is a recording of the Lord’s Prayer, which can be seen on the Toraja-Sa’dan page.
