  1. Roger Bowden says:

Probably native South American language from Brazil ?.

  2. Dan, ad nauseam says:

    I think I heard a syllable-final , which may narrow things a little.

  3. Dan, ad nauseam says:

That last comment supposed to refer to a syllable-final t͡ʃʰ.

  4. Daydreamer says:

I don’t think this language is spoken in Brazil as it seems to be all about NoE (Noah) and his God, who is rendered as Spanish ‘dios’ and not as Portuguese ‘deus’.
Far from knowing, which language it actually is, I guess it is spoken far more in the North of South America or even in Central America approaching the Mayan languages.

  5. Sameer says:

It’s a variety of K’iche’, or at least another Mayan language really close to it.

  6. Simon says:

The answer is Uspantek (Uspanteco), a Mayan language spoken in Quiché department of Guatamala.

The recording comes from the GRN (The Flood).
