    Pidgin English the story of Jacob but which form of Pidgin I have no idea except that it is African.

    It took me a while to pinpoint the exact Pidgin, but phrases like tufala and blong hem led me to Bislama (spoken in Vanuatu).

    I’m guessing Tok Pisin.

    I’d go for Pijin, spoken on the Solomon Islands, which is said to be same as Bislama, spoken on Vanuatu, but without French loanwords.

    I agree with Chris. “Nambawan” is a giveaway for Tok Pisin.

    The answer is Bislama an English-based creole language spoken in Vanuatu.
