That is Bratislava, Slovakia. Languages spoken there are Slovak, Czech, and you can find German, Hungarian, and English speakers too.
I’m guessing Luxembourg City, capital of Luxembourg, where Luxembourgish, French, and German are spoken.

Looks like my native town 😉 Nowadays it is the capital of Slovakia and the official language spoken there is Slovak. However, before the World War II it was mostly Germany and Hungarian town with only a minority speaking Slovak. Therefore old Pressburgers (Pressburg is the German name of the town and one of the almost 20 historical names) speak all three languages, which are all of them very different.
If Simon hadn’t answered yet, I would have guessed Liechtenstein. Oh well, I would have been wrong. 🙂

I’d go for Prague too. The castle on the hill is the Hradčany, the summer palace of the Austrian emperor. The language is of course Czech.
