Sounds like an Australian Aboriginal language to me, but which it might be I have not the slightest idea. I could toss out a few language names hoping one might stick, but that would be mere guessing… Reply
The answer is Marshallese (Kajin M̧ajeļ), a Micronesian language spoken on the Marshall Islands in the North Pacific. The recording comes from the GRN. Reply

Sounds roughly southeast Asian to me.
I would say Thai.

My guess would be in the region of Borneo.

Tamil (or some other Dravidia language) It is spoken in Sri Lanka .
